Camera On Policy
At the Academy of Influence International, active participation and engagement are central to your learning experience. To foster a sense of community and ensure effective interaction in our online classes, students are expected to keep their cameras turned on during live sessions.
Purpose
- Promotes attentiveness and active engagement.
- Encourages interaction with instructors and fellow students.
- Helps build a supportive learning community.
Policy
- Students are required to turn on their cameras at the start of each class and keep them on for the duration of the session.
- Students should ensure they are in an environment that is conducive to learning and minimises distractions.
- If a student cannot turn on their camera due to technical issues, internet bandwidth limitations, or personal circumstances, they must notify the instructor in advance (or as soon as possible).
Exceptions
- Temporary camera-off requests may be granted for personal reasons.
- Ongoing exceptions require prior approval from the instructor or administration.
Consequences
- Consistent failure to keep the camera on without valid reason may be considered a lack of participation.
- This could affect class attendance records and participation grades.

We understand that circumstances vary. Students facing challenges with technology, privacy, or environment are encouraged to communicate with the Academy so that appropriate support or accommodations can be made — at office@theacademyofinfluenceinternational.com or +44 7432 333959.
