Accessibility statement
Accessibility
This statement covers theacademyofinfluenceinternational.com, including the student portal and the staff area.
The Academy wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen;
- find your way around using only a keyboard, with a visible focus and a “skip to content” link;
- use the site with a screen reader, including the forms, the portal and the Bible;
- turn off movement: the site respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting and drops its animation;
- read comfortably, with large type and colours that meet the WCAG contrast guidance;
- use it on a phone, and install it as an app.
How accessible this website is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We know some parts do not fully meet it yet:
- Some PDF documents, including the prospectus and older course notes, may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
- Recorded lectures and graduates’ films may not yet have captions or a transcript. Staff can now add both, and are adding them.
- Live classes take place on Google Meet, which is run by Google and has its own accessibility features, including live captions.
- Files uploaded by staff (worksheets, scans) depend on how they were made.
Asking for something in another format
If you need information on this website in a different format, such as an accessible PDF, large print, an audio recording or a transcript, write to office@theacademyofinfluenceinternational.com or call +44 7432 333959. Students can also ask through Requests in the portal. We will consider the request and get back to you as soon as we can.
Reporting a problem
If you find a problem not listed here, or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please tell the office at the same address. Adjustments for study, such as extra time or an alternative to having a camera on, are described in our equality and accessibility policy.

This website was last tested on 15 October 2026. Every public page, and the main portal and staff pages, were checked with automated tools (axe-core and Google Lighthouse) and by hand with a keyboard and at phone width. Issues found are fixed before release.
